In this class we will:

·         Make icing together in class

·         You will thin, thicken and color your own icing

·         Work with different icing consistencies

·         Create texture

·         Make transfers

·         Work on handwriting

·         Learn to separate sections

·         Mold royal icing

My goal is to give you the confidence you need to create any cookie or cake decoration you can dream up. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get immediate feedback. Join me in an evening filled with information and hands on creativity. All supplies included.
